Step- 1
- Stretch your arms and legs.
- Sit in Sukhsan posture.
- Keep your spine straight.
- Pull both your arms up.
- Level your elbows to the shoulders.

Step- 2
- Close your right and left ear holes with right and left-hand thumb respectively.
- Place your index finger on your eyebrows.
- Close your eyes and rest other fingers on your eyes.
- Close your mouth.
- Take a deep breath from your nose.
- Now exhale the breath slowly with a humming sound from your nose only.
- It is the sound of Om but from your nose.
Step- 3
- Again take a deep breath slowly from your nose.
- Exhale the breath from your nose with the sound of Om.
- Your stresses are going less with every breath.
- Feel that your brain is relaxing and so is other parts of the body. Imagine a lit point at your third eye.
- Do it again. Do it for 5 to 9 occasions.
- Bring down your hands down and place those on knees or beside you.
- Rest for a while.
